SAN ANTONIO, TX (May 16, 2007) Pedro Roura has been promoted to the position of Associate Executive Producer at Bromley Communications, the nation’s largest Hispanic marketing agency.  In his new position, Roura will oversee a staff of 20 employees in  three offices

Bromley Communications, which is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, maintains offices in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. Bromley Communications is a full-service integrated communications agency offering all aspects of advertising, public relations and promotions targeted to the Hispanic consumer.  The agency has built a reputation for delivering measurable business results for its clients, which include AstraZeneca, Procter & Gamble, Burger King, The National Pork Board, Payless ShoeSource, Continental Airlines, Coors, General Mills, and Nestlé USA.

Roura, who began his career at the agency in 1999 in the production department, has contributed to a bevy of high-quality production of award-winning radio, TV and print campaigns for clients ranging from Nestlé, Proctor & Gamble to Burger King and Coors Light. Bromley’s production team has produced and won numerous prestigious industry awards, among them London Film Festival, New York Film Festival, ADDYs®, Festival Iberoamericana de la Publicidad (FIAP) as well as being selected as a finalist at the Cannes Film Festival.

The evolution of Hispanic market production processes has changed dramatically in the last 10 years. The quality of the output and increase in talent options have contributed to the overall growth in the field of marketing to Hispanics and has led to increased trust from clients who are more confident in the industry’s production capabilities. Roura has worked with a variety of top talent across the nation as well as opening the door for up-and-coming talent who display the insight needed to create the high-quality productions required by the agency and its clients.

While agency productions frequently requires the teams to shoot across the continent, Roura has made a concerted effort to produce locally and tries to keep the post-production in the cities where Bromley offices are located. This has led to successful, long-term partnerships with local post-production companies like Match Frame and Keith Harter Music in San Antonio and also helps to contribute to local economic growth.

“The post-production capabilities of our local partner suppliers are on par in terms of competitiveness and talent as that of other major cities. For example, audio and editorial suppliers like New Age Recording in San Antonio, have grown in expertise and capacity alongside the agency and contributed to Hispanic market production evolution,” stated Ernest Bromley, Founder and CEO.

Roura received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras where he majored in marketing and accounting. He gained the basics for production while working for Paradiso Films in San Juan.
