 On the Spot

by Dan Perkins

By now, I'm sure you've seen and heard just about everything about those Super Bowl ads.  Our listing has one notable exception, the presentation not only contains my personal critique of nearly all of the ads that ran during Super Bowl LXI, but it also acknowledges ads that embrace diversity.

I can't say that the ads that appeared in Super Bowl LXI were as memorable or innovative as in previous years, but I can say there were many outstanding entries that embraced diversity significantly this year.  Below is my scoreboard of how I rated the ads.  As you look through the scoring, you will notice that some ads have my diversity affirming checkmark.  This mark is given to ads that incorporate diversity or acknowledge a significant achievement of a diverse group. The mark are applied regardless of how I rate the ad over all.
