Dr. Johnnetta Cole

President, Bennett College for Women

Dismantling Privilege  Dr. Cole warned the audience that discussion of diversity must focus on the twin evils of discrimination and privilege.

Helping Others  Dr. Cole reminds the audience that individual success is not enough.  To truly succeed, you must help others.

Legendary Civil Rights Advocate

Pursuing Best Practices  Dr. Height encouraged organizations to continue to pursue diversity best practices in order to create a society that is based on equality and justice.
