In a letter to the Chicago Sun-Times, IL Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. argues that that the voters -- not the party insiders and elite -- should determine the Democratic nominee. "To do otherwise, would be undemocratic, illegitimate and insidious. Simply put, super-delegates should ratify -- not nullify -- the will and votes of the people," said Jackson.
