  Senior Leadership

Senior Management's Perspective:

David St. Peter

President

Minnesota Twins

"The Twins organization is committed to providing opportunities for outstanding suppliers to contribute to our success.  We are pleased to have the opportunity to again recognize a great supplier -- this year, Visions, Inc. -- as one of America's Best Diverse Suppliers."

  DBP Program Administrative Team

The DBP Program Administrator's Perspective:

Raenell Dorn

Vice President, HR/Diversity

Minnesota Twins

"On Thursday, April 15th the Twins honored Jon Otto and Visions, Inc. as our MVDBP award winner.  Visions, Inc. has over 25 years of experience as a provider of successful marketing solutions.  Otto began his career in 1980 as Production Artist where he developed his creative approach to marketing communications.  In 1985, Otto launched Visions Design Studios specializing in design and animation services.  In 2005 he enhanced his organization with the purchase of Creek Litho, offering full-service printing.  Most recently in May 2009, Otto completed the merger/acquisition of Printing Arts, Inc. to become Visions, Inc – one of the largest Native American-owned companies in the nation that provides marketing and full service printing solutions.

As a Native American from the White Earth reservation in northeastern Minnesota, the road to personal success was not easy.  Through perseverance and a strong family structure, Otto was able to graduate from college, develop his entrepreneurial skills and pave the way to success; not only as business owner but as a strong advocate and mentor to those beginning their own personal journey.

Jon Otto and Visions, Inc. has been an integral part of the Twins collateral going into our new home at Target Field.  One of the most interesting was our 2009/2010 Team calendar which depicted the various stages of construction of our new ball park, Target Field.

The Twins are very excited to present the 2010 MVDBP Award to Jon Otto and Visions, Inc. and to recognize Visions, Inc. as one of America's Best Diverse Suppliers."
