The Chicago White Sox are
pleased to acknowledge
Creative Printing Services
(CPS) as one of our ten best
diverse suppliers of 2005.
This distinction is given in
recognition of exceptional
performance by a new
supplier.
In 2005 the Chicago White
Sox decided to expand our M/WBE
vendor base of printers. We
were particularly interested
in printers that had 6-color,
high-quality printing
capabilities.
When we received a call from
Creative Printing Services,
we agreed to meet with them
to discuss our needs and
their capabilities. After
meeting with Sheldon
Ross, it became clear that
CPS could print the type
and quality of printing we
wanted. They possess
extensive knowledge of
printing.
We decided to give them an
opportunity. Since their
portfolio was extremely
impressive, it didn't appear
to be much of a risk. The first
job they were awarded was
our White Sox Training
Academy’s Baseball
Scorebook. The quantity of
the order was 6,500 – 10.5”
x 15.5” books. Creative
Printing Services printed
the books with outstanding
quality and provided
excellent service. The
success of their first job
with the White Sox gave our
buyers confidence in their
abilities.
Since that job, we have
awarded contracts to
CPS to print our 2005 Corporate
Sponsorship brochure and
also our 2006 Premium
Seating brochure. These
brochures go to potential
sponsors and premium season
ticket holders. It was
important to us that the brochures
are
printed with high-end
quality. Creative Printing
Services provided us with
outstanding quality and service for both jobs,
and their pricing
was also very reasonable and
competitive.
The Chicago White Sox won the
2005 World Series with the help
of a rookie pitcher,
(White Sox rookie reliever Bobby
Jenks),
and in 2005, we meet our
critical printing requirements
with the support of a new-comer
to our supply base. Therefore,
the
Chicago White Sox are pleased to
recognize Creative Printing

as one of America's Best Diverse

of 2005.
