The White Sox take great pride in the
appearance and maintenance of our ballpark, U.S. Cellular Field. We feel this is a very important
aspect of our fan’s experience. Like any
facility, maintenance is key and an
ongoing process. The Chicago White Sox
are delighted to have our painting needs
serviced by Continental
Painting. Continental has been as our year-round painting
contractor since 2002.
Some might wonder needs to be painted at
a ballpark.
The answer is many areas. Before
opening day, Continental covers all
areas of the park, performing “touch
ups” on anything and everything that might
need work. This includes doors, walls, ceilings, railings,
handicap areas - and yes, there is an
occasional need to remove graffiti. Then
there are special
projects such as the painting
of our washrooms, party areas and office
areas.
Continental provided us with outstanding
service during our historic
2005 season. The company helped us
to look like champions during our
historic run for the World Series, and
the fans notices. The Chicago
White Sox are pleased to recognize
Continental Painting as one of our top
performers of 2005, and one of America's
Best Diverse Suppliers(R).
